Snow days are for art and quiet contemplation

I donned my snow boots for the first time this season and stomped on uptown to the The Hispanic Society Museum and Library — a rare gem, hidden away on 155th and Broadway. It’s home to masterpieces from Goya, John Singer Sargent, El Greco and more, that celebrate the cultures of Spain, Portugal and Latin America. Enter through the courtyard on Broadway, and look for the lions! And go visit now, as I hear it is closing down for renovations shortly.

Thanks to my friend Roko Rumora for yet another amazing Art History outing. If you’re in NYC and like museums and galleries, you should join in on the Roko Rumora Museum Experience adventures too. A++ ;).
