Purple rain. Literally.

When news of the Purple one passing rippled through the internet, LACMA did a very cool thing. For one day only, their Rain Room by Random International transformed into the Purple Rain Room. Unfortunately for fans, the Rain Room is booked out in advance until July, but this is a beautiful tribute regardless.

In other news, it looks like Prince’s home/workspace/creative mega-hub, Paisley Park is going to be maintained as a museum, America’s new Graceland?
